  SAVE YOURSELF PROBLEMS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!! I called to have a Gladiator fridge repaired. I called at 8:30 in the morning. Some barely coherent man answered. He sounded like he was intoxicated. He gave me a 3 hour window from 11-2 that he would show up. He came at 2:15 with no apology for being late. He drives a run down minivan with no company name on it. He had never seen a fridge like mine, even though it is very common and is sold by Sears. He kept asking me ridiculous questions that you think any repairman would know. He said "Are you sure this section is your fridge and not your freezer?" After an hour passed with him fumbling around, he said "well I don't know, could be your compressor, I thought it would be the fan but it ain't." Then he changed his mind and said it was due to dirty coils. He then charged me $105!!! He wanted the check made out to "Paul Buckley". There is apparently no true company name. He had wrote an invoice on a piece of paper when I asked for one. At the top he wrote "Paul Buckley", I couldn't read the rest of it. I asked him if he paid taxes and he got a bewildered look on his face. Turns out it wasn't dirty coils or the compressor, and his fumbling around didn't fix the problem.
