Building is falling apart due to neglect, landlords called me a liar before admitting that the radiators were not turned on, called me a liar about my radiator leaking hot water into the wood floor, etc. High turnover in the building for the few months I lived there, got fed up with plaster falling into my food after they painted the kitchen when it was damp.
